"Big News: Chapel Hill’s 4th of July Event Is Getting a Major Makeover!

The Town of Chapel Hill is excited to announce a complete revamp of our 4th of July celebration, happening on Friday, July 4th, 2025! We’re planning something bigger and better than ever before — and we want YOU to be a part of it.

VENDORS & SPONSORS WANTED
We’re currently accepting applications from vendors who want to set up booths during the event. You can sign up for just this event through Town Hall or opt for a yearly vendor fee, which gives you access to multiple events throughout the year and the ability to set up anywhere in town (with business permission).

INTERESTED IN SPONSORING?
We are also looking for sponsors to help make this celebration unforgettable. Sponsorship levels will be announced soon — stay tuned for details!

DONATIONS FOR FIREWORKS
Want to help light up the night sky? Donations toward the 2025 fireworks show are now being accepted in person at Town Hall during regular business hours. 
Important: Donations will NOT be collected by individuals — they must be made directly to Town Hall via Check or Cash and designated in the memo for the “2025 Firework Show.”

Event time and location will be announced soon — so mark your calendars and get ready for a fresh new way to celebrate Independence Day in Chapel Hill!

July 4th One Day Permit - Vendor Application
Vendors sign up for July 4th by filling out this form and returning it in office or by email to info@townofchapelhilltn.gov.  The fee of $50 will need to be paid by June 27th at 11:00 a.m..  Call or come by Town Hall, 4650 Nashville Highway, Chapel Hill, TN at (931) 364-7632 for payment options.
