Board of Mayor and Aldermen Public Hearing
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the Town of Chapel Hill, TN, will hold a Public Hearing for comments concerning Ordinance No. 2024-009 amending the current zoning classification of property located at 406 N. Horton Parkway (Parcel ID 021G, A, 037.00) currently zoned B-2 (Intermediate Business), to include a Mixed-Use Overlay and to rezone a portion of said parcel to R-3 (High Density Residential).  The meeting will be held at Town Hall located at 4650 Nashville Highway, Chapel Hill, TN 37034 at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, January 13, 2025.  The public is welcome at all meetings.

Planning Commission Meeting
The Town of Chapel Hill Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for comments concerning amendments to the Town’s Subdivision Regulations at its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 4650 Nashville Highway, Chapel Hill, TN 37034.  The proposed amendments are available for review and inspection at Town Hall.  This is a public hearing and the public is welcome to attend.

Chapel Hill Water System - Cross Connection
Over the next few weeks, the cooler temperatures will bring people outdoors to work in their yards, finish gardening and begin getting swimming pools ready for winter.  The Chapel Hill Water System would like to ensure that our customers are aware of the dangers associated with these activities.

The Chapel Hill Planning Commission meets the 4th Monday of each month, at 6:00 p.m.  
Volunteer Disposal
The Town of Chapel Hill is partnering with Volunteer Disposal for weekly trash collection service.
