Public Notice

The following vehicle is to be sold at online auction beginning on June 19, 2025 at 09:00 a.m. in compliance with the Tenn. Code Ann. 55-31-303.  The vehicles are held at the Vehicle Impound Lot at the Chapel Hill Police Department located at 119 N. Horton Pkwy, Chapel Hill, TN 37034. All impound and abandoned sale vehicles will be sold via the Gov Deals online public auction platform until further notice (https://www.GovDeals.com/chapelhilltn).   • Traffic Court is held for City Citations the First Friday of each month at the Police Department, 119 North Horton Parkway, at 1:00 p.m. Compliance violations require proof of correction (ie: proof of insurance at the date of the stop, current registration, receipt for repair, etc). All other citations can be paid in person at Town Hall or by mail P.O. Box 157, Chapel Hill, TN 37034.


     
  • Crash Reports can be obtained at the Police Department by providing the Case# and Incident Date or by email.
