Today, the Chapel Hill Police Department proudly celebrates Chief Andrew Kon's 10 years of dedicated service as Chief of Police. Through his leadership, the department has continued to grow, strengthen community partnerships, embrace new technology, and prioritize the safety and well-being of the citizens of Chapel Hill. - Traffic Court is held for City Citations the First Friday of each month at the Police Department, 119 North Horton Parkway, at 1:00 p.m. Compliance violations require proof of correction (ie: proof of insurance at the date of the stop, current registration, receipt for repair, etc). All other citations can be paid in person at Town Hall or by mail P.O. Box 157, Chapel Hill, TN 37034.
- Crash Reports can be obtained at the Police Department by providing the Case# and Incident Date or by email.
